Bruce Lee: Way Of The Dragon / Game Of Death

Two Bruce Lee films united on one DVD
You get more of the same with Shout! Factory's Bruce Lee Double Feature of "The Way of the Dragon" and "Game of Death." Much like the double feature of "The Big Boss" and "Fist of Fury," this release is the Fortune Star version of the films. However "The Way of the Dragon" is nine minutes longer than the version that came with The Bruce Lee Ultimate Collection. While there wasn't enough time to actually sit through both versions of the film, Tang Lung (Bruce Lee) wandering around the airport didn't seem very familiar as he sticks his fist down his throat in front of a boy eating ice cream and then tries to order eggs at a diner but is given five bowls of soup instead. Tang Lung searching for a toilet so often (at least three times) and running away from a naked woman who picks him up once he gets to roam felt new as well.

Mini reviews for "The Way of the Dragon" and "Game of Death" were also written a few years back.

"'The Way of the Dragon' is much more...

Don't need DVD!
Great films but I really don't see why again on DVD especially on this cheap two on one dvd thing. Fans here in north America have been waiting for the Bruce Lee movies on blu ray for years. I got the Japanese blu rays released by paramount pictures on 2012/11/09. They are region A same as in north America, they have English soundtrack (no English subtitles) and the picture is great compared to dvd & considering their age.

Twin Bruce Lee films
These were two of his great films & in excellent condition. They made a great addition to my collection of films.
